Savill Garden

The Savill Garden is an enclosed part of Windsor Great Park in England, created by Sir Eric Savill in the 1930s. The gardens featured flowers and plants from all over the globe, but my favourites were the sections dedicated to plants from New Zealand and the impressive collection of rhododendrons. Although Savill Garden is known for its extensive Rose Garden, we were unfortunately a bit too early for them to have bloomed.

There were some large Rhododendron around the gardens. When we went in May they were amazingly in bloom.

The paths around the garden are very gentle and there are bridges everywhere.
